Niche Domination Secrets 1

With the economy sliding into a bad recession, the marketplace becoming even more competitive and many businesses struggling to survive and suffering, the strategies we shared in our book have become even more critical for business owners who wants to survive and thrive.

So I thought, this is an excellent time to share more strategies and tactics on how you can get the edge over your competitors. I’ve created a series of audios to cover 21 Niche Domination Secrets that I will be posting in 3 posts, starting with this one. Each audio will contain 7 tips on how you can out-perform your competitors.

Parts of this audio series were actually aired by 938Live in their segment Positive Business Minutes before. I was supposed to get a copy of the recording. Unfortunately, I’ve not received the recording even after I sent a few emails to them. But that turned out to be a great thing for you.

You see, Positive Business Minutes has a very restrictive time limit of about 1 minute, so I must keep my tips short and sharp. But since  I’m rerecording this, I can reworked the materials and added even more details to the content.

So, enjoy the audio:

Hi Lawrence, nice to hear from you. I’ve just taken a peek at your blog. There are many ways you can implement the tips I shred in the Niche Domination Secrets podcast there.

For eg: In your profile page, instead of just saying

“I have a Certificate in CEHA and a registered agent with Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies (SAEA).” - which is a feature, you can add on the benefits for your prospects such as… “this means that you can rest assure and feel confident that I’m a professional agent that represents your best interest. Just take a look at what other clients have said about me:…” then you add a few testimonials from previous clients.

Can you see how you can combine and stack the tactics together to make them even more powerful?

All the best…

Just chanced upon this website upon recommendation from a friend of mine, Nikko Lim. Everything I’ve heard clearly draws the line between the dos’ and don’ts’ of competitive marketing. Looking forward to get a copy of the book!

Thanks!
